Terms and Conditions of Use.

These are the terms and conditions under which www.qualitydiseno.com In this document, referred to as “Quality Web Solutions,” Quality Web Solutions provides all sales services. These Terms of Service and Conditions constitute a fully binding agreement between Quality Web Solutions and each of its clients.

  1. Quality Web Solutions We will never market or disclose the Client's contact information, nor will we disclose Client lists to others, unless required by Colombian law or specifically requested and authorized by the Client. Quality Web Solutions does not supply images or any kind of information; the client supplies them and guarantees that the graphic elements, photos, images, and text of the website and/or printed media are the property of the aforementioned or that they have written permission from their owners to use them. Similarly, all texts in all sections of the website and trademarks submitted to Quality Web Solutions To be included in the Web development for their use, our staff being free of any responsibility or claim by their owners.
  2. Quality Web Solutions We do not sell or provide services on the websites we design for our clients, and we do not participate in any negotiations, services, sales, or transaction completion. We limit ourselves to publishing and designing websites and print media for our clients, relying on their good faith.
  3. Quality Web Solutions We only provide web page design and printing services, and we understand that the client who provides us with the information for the content of the website adheres to, accepts and complies with any rule or any law regarding advertising and information through media; this is the sole responsibility of the client.
  4. Quality Web Solutions We have the autonomy to choose each of our clients and, at our discretion, may reject any client if required by our internal policies. Our clients' websites are hosted on a reseller hosting provider's server. We will provide the username and password upon full payment for the project, for security purposes, as well as for the domains used by our clients. The transfer of any lewd, obscene, or pornographic material of any kind, including sexual content, pedophilia, bullying, harassment campaigns, exploits, mass emails, phishing, or scams, will be reported to the authorities. We will also report any other material, including pornography, satanic material, pedophilia, or material that incites hatred or violence, and all materials of an adult nature. Hosting any of this content as described will result in its reporting or deletion from our server, in accordance with Colombian or international laws or the regulations of the relevant authorities.
  5. Hosting and domain plan payments must be made annually via email. Quality Web Solutions Final delivery of services and from the date of delivery, counting one year, the new payment of the aforementioned services will be made. Quality Web Solutions We will not always send an email reminder beforehand. If payment is not received by the due date, the client's account will be suspended, and reactivation will incur an additional fee. If payment is not received within 15 days of account suspension, website data or files may be lost. In such cases, data can be recovered through a process involving a technician from the web hosting provider, which must be paid for in advance to send and retrieve the files.
  6. Additional costs for suspension, recovery, technical assistance, and other services must be paid in advance, and a copy of the payment receipt sent to contacto@qualitydiseno.com. Work or service will begin once the funds are reflected in the bank account. Payment can be made by credit card, bank deposit, or cash. For more information, please call (+57) 310 785 5449. If you encounter any problems or if the bank fails to process your payment, please contact us. Quality Web Solutions, The Client must pay an additional 15% on top of the amount for late payment.
  7. The client is responsible for sending all the information or other materials essential for the creation of the website or other services; cohesion between Quality Web Design Solutions and client for optimal development and excellent quality. If the client suspends projects, including design, website creation, or other agreed-upon projects that are not fully completed, the client must pay the final 50% (upon delivery) within 15 calendar days. Otherwise, we will not be responsible for the loss of progress and information. Given that the initial 50% agreed upon with the client must be paid for initial development, no refunds will be issued, as time and work have already been invested in progress. The client may also choose to pay the full 100% for the project and would receive a discount for paying the total amount.
  8. For web design or website, the client must send us the information only by email regarding the design requirements and/or design changes, as this must be recorded to avoid mistakes or inconveniences.
  9. Copyright: The client guarantees that the elements, graphics, photos, images, texts, etc., used in the website design are the client's property or that they have written permission from their owners to use them.   10.   13. Given that the service provided by Quality Web Solutions This involves the design and development of the website. The eventual removal of the site from the servers due to breaches by the client, whether related to previously stipulated times and/or payments, does not imply the total or partial elimination of the debt acquired by the client. Quality Web Solutions and will remain in effect for the time required by the regulatory authorities.
  14. As is widely known, much of the internet is insecure in general, Quality Web Solutions It is recommended that information from business cards or other printed materials never be sent via email or any other internet service. The Client is responsible for the security and integrity of the services or products offered on their website. Quality Web Solutions The Client will not be liable for any security issues that may occur. In the event of compensation, the Client, the website owner, will be solely responsible for paying or indemnifying its users, clients, or others, and in no case Quality Web Solutions We will not be responsible for the content, work, or financial compensation since we are only design providers.
  15. Quality Web Solutions The company undertakes, during the term of its Web Hosting services, to provide the client with support regarding the server service as long as the client is up to date with Quality Web SolutionsQuality Web Solutions We cannot guarantee that the server's availability will be continuous or permanent due to the possibility of internet or hosting server problems, server equipment failures, and other unforeseen contingencies. Therefore, the Client has our support to find a prompt solution and will under no circumstances request or demand compensation from us. Quality Web Solutions for damages. Since the permanent operation of the Server cannot be guaranteed under any circumstances, failures, slowness or errors in accessing and using the service are possible due to problems in the Internet network, malfunctions in the server equipment or other possible unforeseen events.

The client will not be able to hold responsible Quality Web Solutions, We are not responsible for issues such as: hosting server problems, website outages, modem issues, user computer system problems, net PC or web PC issues, connection software, browser software problems, ActiveX controls and browser plugins, viruses, cyberattacks, hacked client websites, public switched telephone network (PSTN), cable, satellite issues, loss of usernames, passwords, and corporate emails with their associated information, and any other transport or telecommunications infrastructure issues, or other force majeure events that could not be foreseen or are beyond the control of Quality Impresión y Diseño SAS. Under no circumstances are we responsible for the actions of third parties that are harmful to the client's website hosted on the server, such as hacking or cracking (computer piracy or the creation of vulnerabilities), problems related to general migrations or server software updates, version compatibility issues, or script repairs that render the service inoperable.
  17. Quality Web Solutions, For any web design, you will have 15 business days for delivery. Please refer to the initial agreement or quote sent, which specifies the delivery time, as this time may be extended due to the complexity of the development, additional services requested by the client, or delays in sending the information. The content or information we need for the website is provided by the client. Please note that if you delay sending us all the information or content about your company for the website design, it will take longer.   18. Design completed; Upon completion of the design, the client is informed via email and the client must pay the final 50%. Upon payment of this amount, the corporate email accounts with their passwords are sent via email. If the page is a manageable plan, the password and username for the website are attached. The client must have basic knowledge of WordPress to manage the website or hire suitable personnel.
  19. Warranty: The client has a 30-day warranty, so it is necessary for the client to review their website or web services. After 30 days, no claims will be accepted, and no responsibility will be given for any work or money. Starting in the second month, technical service, additional updates, or maintenance will incur a fee, and support will be provided via email. Should the client require on-site technical support, an appointment will be scheduled to discuss the costs and service fees.
  20. Web hosting: Quality Web Solutions The company is committed to meeting the client's requirements and needs according to the type of service contracted and the limits of the service purchased. This means that the client cannot demand requirements that the service does not meet, such as consecutive web updates without any payment.
  21. Technical support: We only provide technical assistance during the 30-day warranty period. Some website-related activities fall outside our scope of service and require the assistance of qualified personnel specializing in those areas. The following activities are not included in our support:
  • Loss of email and administration panel passwords
  • Hacked email accounts, hacked websites, websites attacked with malware, viruses in general
  • Problems with computer viruses on the computer from which you are accessing
  • Damages caused by the customer or third parties
  • Server outages at hosting and domain companies
  • Content-related issues: Installation, updating, repair, migration, and review of third-party scripts such as forums, custom scripts, and CMS (Joomla, PostNuke, PHPNuke, WordPress, etc.)
  • Internet access problems from your provider or ISP
  • Problems accessing the Internet or network services due to LAN, router, proxy, or firewall configurations
  • Training in web page design software (programs such as Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Photoshop, FTP programs)

Problems related to server software migrations or updates, version compatibility issues, or script repairs that render the system inoperable. The client must hire programming or webmaster services to make adjustments, as internet servers are updated at least twice a year due to the industry's constant push for performance and security improvements.

After the 30-day warranty period, support is not free; the price depends on the complexity of the service.

Modification of Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to change the Website Terms and Conditions (i.e., these General Terms and Conditions and/or one, several, or all of the additional terms and policies mentioned above) in whole or in part from time to time. The revised Website Terms and Conditions will be posted on this website, and the "last updated" date relevant to the terms and conditions, policy, etc., containing the change will be updated.
